Thank You for making the Noah Christmas Store a Success!

Thanks to our donors and volunteers, the 4th Annual Noah Christmas Store was a HUGE success!  Because of you, the store made a difference for families in North Hartford.  We were blessed to have so many donors and volunteers working on our store!  

One of the parents, who also volunteered at the store shared, "To me it was a really good experience.  I was so grateful to be there and see all the families getting their gifts for their love ones. Also I'm very thankful for all the gifts that were donated to the store. The people working there were awesome."

We wanted to let you know just how much of a success the store was this year.  See below for some awesome stats:

• Your generosity allowed us to collect 1,500 gifts*! #generosity
• ​The parents of children in our programs were able to purchase discounted Christmas gifts for all of our children . #dignity
• ​8 Noah parents and 5 WyldLife youth volunteered with the store. By volunteering their time to help, parents earned “store credit” and youth earned credit for the winter retreat. #worthywork
• 52 individuals volunteered at the store. Volunteers helped move gifts, sort and price, set-up, and run the store (gift wrapped, carried bags of gifts, managed the store, administered parent surveys). #timeandtalent
• More than $2,000 was raised for Camp Noah’s trip to sleepover camp this summer! #investinginthefuture

​Because of you, our donors and volunteers, the 4th Annual Noah Store made a difference for families in North Hartford.

*​The remaining gifts from the Christmas Store will be used for children in the Noah After School and Camp Noah programs.  The Noah children earn tokens for good behavior which they can then use as “money” in our prize store.  Our staff normally asks for donations for these items throughout the year, so is a blessing to be able to use the toys remaining from the Christmas store.  It’s just one more way this Christmas event is a blessing to our Noah kids and our ministry! #thegiftthatkeepsongiving
